A1C-6.0 bp-125/82 hr-67 all post 5egg/ham/cheese coffee aspartame breakfast. Wt-270lb's. Been doing elliptical cardio for 12 minute intervals with HR up to 157, also finished 5/8 week monday nite basketball. Back still bothered by walking/running and left shoulder hurt. Have not been strict on carbos, because seem to aid in cardio w/o's.
