may16/2013a1c5.7bp 133/92 278lbs

post work, lotsa nicotine gum and 8 hour evening shift. Did 2 reps x 5 sets of progressive highish squats up to 505lbs in morning. weighing about 278lbs and 47 inch waist. Finished 531 heavy cycle of deads 505x1 and bench 455x2. Back is considerably better but hard floors at work tend to aggravate it. Feet sore and had plantar fasciitis post 2012 Lindenwood 5 km run. Cardio probably not that good but measured a 58 heartrate in bed and a 53 a few weeks ago. Diastolic was high but unsure if thats the nicotine. Have taken creatine phosphate pretty consistent pre and post nationals but have recently stopped. Lately been taking 3 plus grams of vitamin C regularly but have reduced vitamin D to sporadic 5000IU daily. Started eating 2 cans of goldenseal salmon with coffee in am.
     For future I wish to start every day with2 cans of goldenseal salmon with coffee and vitamin C as sweetener. Going for 2 week vacation so will probably lose weight. Thinking of hanging around 270 mark and compete in the 264's but am very wishy washy.
